UK DELIVERY

Once you’ve placed your order, your artwork will be lovingly packaged and sent to you via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Most orders leave the studio within 1–3 working days, ready to bring a little joy and beauty to your door.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For friends ordering from outside the UK, your artwork will be carefully packaged and sent from my studio via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Please note that orders sent to EU countries and worldwide destinations may be subject to import VAT, customs charges, or handling fees when they arrive. These charges are set by your local customs authority and delivery provider and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid charges and returned to us, the original postage cost will not be refunded and any return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow up to 28 working days for your artwork to arrive. Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Occasionally, there may be restrictions affecting international deliveries. If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible with any updates.
