These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the agreement between the Seller (Hayley Dorian) and the Buyer for the purchase of goods from this website.
The Seller provides products to the Buyer subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that these terms apply to the purchase.
Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received for all goods purchased.
If payment is not received when due, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any further orders until payment has been completed. The Seller may take appropriate steps to recover any outstanding payments.
Any claims relating to damaged goods or missing items must be reported to the Seller within 5 days of delivery.
Goods must not be returned without prior agreement from the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to update product prices at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.
The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Orders are accepted subject to product availability, correct pricing, and these Terms and Conditions.
Orders cannot be cancelled within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. Responsibility for the goods passes to the Buyer once delivery has taken place.
The Seller will make every effort to meet estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays outside of their reasonable control.
If there is a problem with an order, including incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, the Seller’s responsibility will be limited to replacing the item, correcting the issue, or providing a refund where appropriate.
The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
The Seller is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control.
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be made available on this website.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Courts of England.
