Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase will be required.

To request a return, please contact us at hayleydorianillustration@gmail.com. Please include your order number, name, email address, and the reason for your return or refund request.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Please note that commissioned artwork is made specifically to order and therefore cannot be returned.

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following the returns process and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval. The cost of the item will be refunded; however, original postage costs and return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
